Shipping policy

IMPORTANT: SHIPPING ADDRESS VERIFICATION

It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that you provide a correct shipping address for order delivery. An incomplete and/or invalid shipping address can result in the package sent back to us. In such a case, you will have to pay the return shipping fee; and, if the order has to be reshipped, you will also have to pay additional shipping fee. If you decide to cancel your order when the package has been returned to us, we will deduct the shipping charge(s) incurred from the refund amount.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

We offer FREE shipping within Pakistan for orders worth PKR 5,000 and above, and PKR 200 for orders less than PKR 5,000.  We will ship most orders within three business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Any alteration requests will inevitably delay shipping.

International orders may be subject to duties and customs fees in your country. The delivery agent will collect these fees when your order is delivered.

If you need your order delivered urgently, or within a specific number of days, please contact us before placing your order. The estimated delivery dates provided are only an approximation, and actual delivery times can be longer due to factors outside of our control. We do not accept any responsibility resulting from any delays caused during transit.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. We accept Visa and MasterCard through our secure server. You can also pay by Easypaisa and JazzCash.
